Today I tried my first green smoothie. I've been sort of morbidly fascinated with them for a while. But I'm really trying to take better care of myself and the first step for me was to eat more fruits and veggies and drink more water.

Pinterest, I've recently discovered the
Brown Eyed Baker. Yum! Everything I've tried from her site is amazing. So when I saw her green smoothie, I decided to give it a try. I mean it's got 5 servings of fruit and vegetables in 1 shot if you drink the whole thing. And it's only about 250 calories for a HUGE smoothie.
In the end, I liked it. There was no spinach taste at all. Just a citrus-banana flavor. And it was very filling. I drank the whole thing, but I might go ahead and make it smaller next time. I can see adding this to my morning routine.
As for knitting content? I'm working on a cute little baby hat and headband combo that I hope will be available next week. I just need to schedule the photo shoot with my sweet little model.
